Two thumbs up for tough-broad hitchhiker is the Winnipeg Free Press review for our last show of the 2008/2009 season.  On the topic of the Sasha Ivanochko solo, The Future Memory Heartbreak Junction, writer Alison Mayes says it is  'one of the finest works WCD has presented in recent seasons'.  Of the new work Sasha created on our company, The Chorus Line, she writes that our dancers are terrific but apparently a young Mick Jagger would have some competition in the sultry & steamy department from our own Brendan Wyatt.

UPDATE: Holly Harris over at UPTOWN Magazine also approved with her A- review, Heartbreakingly good, in which she described Sasha's solo as 'a brutally honest voyage into the cracks of loneliness and whatever gets you through the night.'  You will have to scroll down the page to get to it.
